RIDER DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. UBER REFUSED TO COMPENSATE OR PROVIDE RIDER INFO TO SUE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
Over charging and going longer routes, rather than necessary ones. Charging more at the end than initially.

They charged me 31 dollars for an order I did not get. The customer service was very bad. The employee on the phone laughed at me when I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me I have no rights for a refund. Which there was nothing that was ever stated that I can’t get a refund.
While taking a trip, my driver caught a flat, he then canceled the trip. Uber refused to send another uber, for my uncompleted trip, unless I paid for the fare.
Unauthorized robo calls everyday at least 5 to 8 times a day from uber eats starting at 5:00 a.m. Everyday. Tried to use the option to delete number contact uber nothing works. Downloaded the app to try to access help for customer support, can not log in, because I did not set this account up. I don’t know password, and my email address is not linked to the telephone number for uber eats. This is really stressful, and I’m tired of the calls waking me up, every morning. This needs to stop immediately.
Uber permanently deactivated my account after discovering they are defrauding millions of people not just myself. They site “safety” reasons but never sent any warning emails prior to deactivation nor will they give details as to what “safety concern” is the issue. Furthermore they’ve refused to send over the financial data as requested from them as an independent contractor they have no right to keep my financial information from me as those are for my business financials and they are not my employer. uber has stated that commission they would subtract from driver to be 25% in uber-driver agreement.in some cases, this has not been true. I have evidence of trips where uber has subtracted 35% and, even more in shared rides(uber Pools) .
Account was deactivated for a reckless driving charge from 2015. Didn’t start with the company until 2017. Lost of job and income resulted in car getting repoed. Credit ruined.
About two years ago I applied for Uber and was denied because of my background check then a year ago I received another email from Uber requesting that I drive for them after I had started driving for Lyft so are we applied and was accepted most recently I seen the ad that says if you switch driving from Lyft to Uber you could get a $500 bonus if you complete 70 rides in 2 weeks so I made the switch over to Uber once I completed the 70 rides all in one week they told me that the $500 bonus could only be used as credit for the use of the vehicle for the next two weeksso I didn’t mind as much cuz that mean I would have two weeks with a vehicle to just make money with Uber I found that out this
