I have a family plan with over charges because of its a family plan. They charge me for 1x activation fees that I have paid up front. They charged me for a phone that was returned within the grace period. They made supposed changes if I went on auto pay and the bill increased over night. I have proof of the amounts that the bill will go down to and wasn’t reflecting correctly for the billing cycle.
Verizon sent my account to collections but never provided service. They are attempting to extort me for $95 but they could never get my mobile number ported over and never provided me with any service.
Theft/fraud. Charging $1900 for services never received and unwilling to budge!
I cancelled my service 10 days into my billing cycle, but was billed in full for the month. Multiple Verizon reps agreed the billing should be adjusted, however my bill 2 months later remains the same. I am now speaking to a 3rd rep who is saying they don't prorate. I would have waited to start my other service and not overlapped if I knew that was the case.
VZW had excellent coverage to a community for many years, but as of a year and a half ago decided to shut down the nearest serving cell 4.7 miles away, resulting in terrible service to many and none to many more. The contend that since I now live more than 5 miles from a site that I must just settle for what we now get. FCC complaint resulted in a call from VZW corporate office saying same and they will not address it any further. Filed rebuttal with FCC and got another call from same corporate flunky, nasty this time, telling me that according to their customer agreement they have no obligation to restore coverage and will not.
They did an update on my phone which not only blocked my account but also damaged my phone internally. Now,they are demanding me to bring my phone balance up to date yet they will not fix or replace my phone

I have phone insurance ($45 a month). When my daughter's new galaxy 7 was consistency overheating in cold weather (so hot that you couldn't touch it) we asked for a replacement. In fact, this was within the first 30 days of warranty. They sent us a phone. We sent ours back. They charged me $300 claiming the phone was broke. I said, "there must be something wrong with it- it's overheating, of course, it's broke. Why would I send you a perfectly good phone." They never took the charge off and made me pay. I spent 4 hours of my valuable work time trying to get help. Losing $400 in pay on top of the charges and the overcharging they do.
Verizon Wireless is charging excessive amount of fees and cost 1500.00 for boggess over charges for wifi and hidden phone charges.
Over 80 hours of calls and waisted time with no resolution! I’m paying for services I can not use successfully. I was in constant contact and trying to talk to one supervisor consistently but always got different management. I’ve explained my problems close to 40 different times and no different outcome!!!
